Gruene’s River View is an elegant corner condo with easy ground-floor access and uninterrupted views of the Guadalupe River. Right in Historic Gruene, a stone’s throw from Gruene Hall, you can leave your car behind and walk to the night’s attractions. Or enjoy the sunset on the private deck with a pristine view of the Guadalupe below the tree canopy. Walk the beautiful path down to the river for a restful picnic at the river’s edge. Relax by the pool and waterfall, or go tubing with easy water access to the Guadalupe. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful granite kitchen, 2 flat screen televisions, washer and dryer, and easy access to the private pool, barbeque areas, river, and Historic Gruene you can create your perfect vacation. This lovely condo can sleep 8 in beds, plus with a double air mattress it can sleep ten. French doors open to the balcony from the living room.

The master bedroom suite has French doors to the balcony, a queen bed, and a comfortable couch that pulls out into a twin. The second bedroom has a daybed with a trundle that can make into a king; the other bedroom has a twin bunk over double bed. The living room has a comfortable leather couch, leather chair, nesting coffee table plus table and chairs for additional dining. There are wall-mounted flat screens with cable in the living room and master suite. Each bathroom has both a shower and tub.

The well-equipped kitchen has all of the finest amenities and features granite counter tops, all major appliances, as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The living room and master suite have access to the private balcony which overlooks the Guadalupe and the beautiful walkway down to the river where there is a barbeque pit and picnic tables by the rapids as folks float or raft by.

Within walking distance, there are wonderful restaurants and shopping. Enjoy music and dancing at Gruene Hall. Schlitterbahn Waterpark in downtown New Braunfels and Landa Park are just a few miles away.

In downtown Gruene doors down from Gruene Hall. Take I-35, exit Hwy 46 north of New Braunfels. Get on Loop 337 headed west. Pass Common Street on your right will be a Rudy's BBQ and a bunch of restaurants. Continue on, take the Rock Street exit and follow the signs to Gruene.

Area Attractions:
The Texas Hill Country is known for the Guadalupe and Comal rivers, historic villages, great Mexican, German and BBQ cuisines. Tubing the Guadalupe from Canyon Lake to Gruene, Texas. Boating, jet skiing, wake boarding and fishing are the favorite water sports at Canyon Lake and Lakes Dunlap, Placid, McQueeney. Canyon Lake Vacation Homes are either waterfront or perched high up on the Canyon Lake hills for incredible views. River Road Vacation Homes are on the Guadalupe River surrounded by river outfitters who can guide river rafting trips, tubing expeditions or fly fishing fun. Downtown New Braunfels has vintage shopping for antiques, clothing, fun gifts and wonderful restaurants such as Huisache Grill. The Comal River is a two mile spring fed river which stays the same temperature all year round and is known for scuba diving, snorkling and the wild and crazy Tube Chute. Natural Bridge Caverns and Wildlife Ranch are fun for the kids as well at the McKenna Children's Museum. Numerous museums are in the downtown museum district of New Braunfels.
