An ideal New Braunfels getaway, this three bedroom, two bath that can sleep 8+ guests. The condo has a Queen, bunkbed with a double bottom, full with a slide out sleeper, and a double sofa sleeper (also a queen air mattress is available). Each bathroom has both a shower and tub.

The condo also has a washer and dryer for the guests' convenience. Comfortable living room and a large thin HD TV with cable!

The well-equipped kitchen has all of the finest amenities and features granite counter tops, all major appliances, as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The balcony overlooks miles and miles of the Texas Hil Country and the Guadalupe River below. The master bedroom has a view as well. From the balcony, guests can also see the beautiful
walkway down to the river where there is a barbeque pit and picnic tables by the rapids as folks float or raft by.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful pool with a large waterfall or grab a tube and jump in the Guadalupe River. Within walking distance, there are wonderful restaurants and shopping.
Next door is a great Antique store and the Gruene River Grill, and the Grist Mill is just 3 or 4 doors down next to Gruene Hall, where you can enjoy music and dancing at night. Get an ice cream at the Gruene General Store or a glass of wine at the winery next door.

In downtown Gruene doors down from Gruene Hall. Take I-35, exit Hwy 46 north of New Braunfels. Get on Loop 337 headed west. Pass Common Street on your right will be a Rudy's BBQ and a bunch of restaurants. Continue on, take the Rock Street exit and follow the signs to Gruene.

Area Attractions:
The Texas Hill Country is known for the Guadalupe and Comal rivers, historic villages, great Mexican, German and BBQ cuisines. Tubing the Guadalupe from Canyon Lake to Gruene, Texas. Boating, jet skiing, wake boarding and fishing are the favorite water sports at Canyon Lake and Lakes Dunlap, Placid, McQueeney. Canyon Lake Vacation Homes are either waterfront or perched high up on the Canyon Lake hills for incredible views. River Road Vacation Homes are on the Guadalupe River surrounded by river outfitters who can guide river rafting trips, tubing expeditions or fly fishing fun. Downtown New Braunfels has vintage shopping for antiques, clothing, fun gifts and wonderful restaurants such as Huisache Grill. Schlitterbahn Waterpark is the number one rated waterpark in the nation according to the Travel Channel. Landa Park has two swimming pools, playgrounds, swimming holes, golf, miniature train station and golf and numerous road races such as the Jingle Bell Run (begun by Susan Phillips, the owner of A1Vacation New Braunfels) and the Wurst Five Mile Run. The Comal River is a two mile spring fed river which stays the same temperature all year round and is known for scuba diving, snorkling and the wild and crazy Tube Chute. Natural Bridge Caverns and Wildlife Ranch are fun for the kids as well at the McKenna Children's Museum. Numerous museums are in the downtown museum district of New Braunfels.
