This is a perfect New Braunfels getaway, just four doors down from Gruene Hall and the Gristmill Restaurant; and only five minutes from Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing the Comal River. You are sure to enjoy the many benefits of staying in the heart of historic downtown Gruene!

A two-story three-bedroom that will comfortably sleep 8 adults; there are two bedrooms downstairs that each have a queen. Also downstairs is an open living room, kitchen, dining room area and a large bathroom. Upstairs is the open loft master bedroom and large private bathroom, furnished with a king and a queen flip-bed. The spacious second-story patio overlooks the private pool; and the cool water of the Guadalupe River is just across the courtyard. Beautifully appointed with the finest amenities, this is an exquisite vacation rental that has everything!

We charge a $29 booking fee as well as a $250 down payment towards your rental total.

Parking Details: You will find two parking passes provided for you in the condo. One space is marked, the other unmarked. Any additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking area across the street. Please hang the parking passes on the rearview mirror.
